文章以下株梧水库为例,介绍了通过建立不同量级洪水风险分析应对,建立健全应对大洪水、超标准洪水的指挥、处置,规范水库调度,以保证水库防洪安全,保障人民群众生命财产安全,减少灾害损失.
Abstract
Takes Xia Zhuwu Reservoir as an example,the paper introduces that through establish flood risk analysis and response for the operation and management of reservoirs,establishing and improving the regulation and disposal of large floods,it's extremely important to standardize the operation of reservoirs,ensure the flood control safety,protect the safety of people's lives and property,reduce disaster losses.
