This paper summarizes the experience and practice of flood control in Linyi Municipality in recent years,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of flood control engineering system,improve the emergency plan,increase the flood rescue capacity,and accelerate the construction platforms.
