With the development of economy,the speed of urban construction is further accelerated,and the urban hard-ened area continues to expand,but the city's drainage system cannot keep up with the pace of urban development,espe-cially in the old city zone,where the drainage facilities is so aging that the upgrading is very difficult.This paper puts for-ward the ideas of urban flood season drainage management from three aspects:analysis of the causes of urban flood sea-son water accumulation,management of engineering measures and non-engineering measures.
