摘要
根据山东现代水网建设要求,立足阳谷县现状水资源禀赋特点、水环境条件、水生态基础,聚焦水资源保障能力不足、防灾减灾体系仍不完善、河湖生态保护修复等关键问题,构筑阳谷县水安全保障网、水民生服务网、水生态保护网,建设水美乡村示范带,推动形成"三网一带"总体格局,为开创阳谷县建设新局面提供有力支撑.
Abstract
According to the requirements of modern water grid construction in Shandong Province,based on the current water resource endowment characteristics,water environment conditions and water ecological foundation of Yanggu County,focusing on the key issues such as insufficient water resource security capacity,imperfect disaster prevention and reduction system,river and lake ecological protection and restoration,it constructed water safety network,water livelihood service network,water ecological protection network,and beautiful water rural demonstration zone in Yanggu County,which promotes the formation of the overall pattern of"three network areas",and providing strong support for creating a new situation in the construction of Yanggu County.
