Practice of Urban Black and Odorous Water Body Treatment and Thinking in Zaozhuang
Urban black and odorous water body is a serious water pollution phenomenon,which not only brings poor sensory experience to the public,but also directly affects the production and life of the people.In recent years,Zaozhuang municipality with the concept of"systematic improvement,multiple co-governance,both symptoms and root causes,and people's satisfaction",there are 10 urban black and odorous water bodies eliminated continuously,by taking engineering measures such as river dredging,pollution collection and management,garbage removal,and the diversion of flowing water.The completion rate of treatment has reached 100％,and a long-term management mechanism with the"river and lake chief system"as the core has been established.With these actions,it achieved the dynamic elimination of black and odorous water bodies,the water environment improved significantly,and the increasing satisfaction to the environment,which inputs the"water vitality"into the high-quality economic and social development.
