大沽河工程通过建立信息采集系统等信息基础设施,以及防汛减灾与应急管理、水资源监控与管理、水利工程管理、综合信息管理等重点应用工程建设,建成了流域综合信息应用体系,实现了大沽河流域管理对象的数字化、管理过程的可视化、管理决策的科学化,全面提高了流域综合管理能力和公共服务水平.
Abstract
Through the establishment of information collection system and other information infrastructure,as well as the construction of key application projects such as flood prevention,disaster reduction,emergency management,water resources monitoring and management,water project management and integrated information management,Dagu River Project has built a comprehensive information application system of the basin,and realized the digitization of the management object,the visualization of the management process and the scientific management decision of the Dagu River basin.The comprehensive management capacity and public service of the river basin have been comprehensively improved.
