Discussion on Safety Production of Hydrology Test at Grass-roots
Safety production is the basis and premise of all work,and an inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of hydrology.To put safety production in an important position and keep the bottom line of hydrologic safety production is the top priority of hydrologic testing.This paper analyzes the unsafe factors faced by the basic hydrology test of Laixi Hydrology Center in Qingdao,and puts forward some measures to ensure the security of Qingdao hydrology system.
