水文遥测水位采集频次对数据成果影响分析

随着信息技术的发展,国内建设了大量的水位遥测自动测报系统,自动采集江河、湖库、水利工程的水位,数据采集频次为5 min一次.由于水位易受工程启闭运行、潮汐、风浪、船闸输水系统调节运行等外界因素干扰,选取受不同外界因素影响的典型水文测站,使用国内广泛应用的浮子式水位编码器,每秒采集一次水位数据,开发滤波分析软件,形成1、2、5、10 min采集频次数据进行整编,对比人工自记水位计的整编成果,进行不同采集频次的日平均水位、流量(水量)数据成果精度影响分析研究,找出满足水文测验规范精度要求的水位自动采集频次,达到精确测量水位,准确推算流量、水量过程,为进一步推进水文现代化建设提供依据.
Analysis of the Influence of Water Level Acquisition Frequency on Data Results in Hydrology Telemetry
With the development of information technology,a large number of water level telemetry automatic measurement and reporting systems have been built in China,which automatically collect water levels of rivers,lakes and reservoirs,as well as the water projects.The data collection frequency is once-in-5-min.As the water level is easily affected by external factors such as the operation of project opening and closing,tides,wind and waves,and the adjustment operation of lock water delivery system,the typical hydrological stations affected by different external factors are selected in China,in which the float type water level encoder is widely used to collect water level data once per second.On the other hand,the filter analysis software is developed,and collection frequency data of 1,2,5 and 10 minutes are formed for compilation.By comparing the integration results of the manual self-recording water level meter,the paper analyzes and studies the influence of the accuracy of the daily average water level and discharge(water volume)data results with different collection frequency,which proves the automatic collection frequency of water level meeting the accuracy requirements of the hydrological test specification,and achieves accurate measurement of water level,accurately calculates the flow and water volume process,providing a basis for further promoting the hydrological modernization.
