Application of"Separation between Evaluation and Decision"in Water Project Bidding
In recent years,in many cities and provinces,it has changed the status of"evaluation and decision integration"in the field of engineering construction bidding,and vigorously promoted the"separation between evaluation and decision"mode,but the rationality and legality of this new mode have been disputed.Based on the background of the introduction of this paper studies and analyzes"separation between evaluation and decision"the necessity and legality of the implementation of this mode,and verifies the practical application value through the remarkable achievements by water projects bidding in Jining Municipality,and puts forward fine suggestions.
