In view of the poor geological conditions in the construction process of the water diversion tunnel of Heitan River diversion project in Yunnan Province,combined with the on-site construction and disposal experience,the construction and disposal methods under poor geological conditions are proposed,which provides a new solution for the disposal of poor geological conditions on site.
