Practice and Exploration of Realizing Harmonious Coexistence of Human and Water in Huibaoling Reservoir
In the 1990s,the water quality of Huibaoling Reservoir was polluted due to cage culture,and the tailings and sewage discharged by the surrounding mining enterprises destroyed the natural ecology of the reservoir.In order to improve the water quality of the reservoir,restore the original water ecology,and give full play to the due function,it initiated actions in Huibaoling Reservoir,to create a water environment of"clear water,green bank,beautiful scenery,harmonious integration of people and water"through ten years of comprehensive treatment of the reservoir area,infrastructure construction,standardized management,water purification,water ecological protection,and humanistic environment construction.It provides practical reference for exploring the harmonious coexistence of human and water in reservoir.
