闸室地基大体积水泥土换填处理工艺探讨

在水泥土填筑施工过程中,如何提升混凝土制备施工效率、改善水泥土填筑质量常常是现场施工控制的重点和难点.对此,为提升闸室地基大体积水泥土换填处理质量,文章基于工程实际开展关键技术研究,发现采用水泥土生产线进行水泥土自动化制备,可有效提升水泥土制备效率;大厚度水泥土的铺土厚度为30 cm,碾压遍数为7遍,土料含水率15.8%~16.6%,压实度为96%,可达到良好的填筑施工效果.工程应用表明:采用提出的工程技术进行水泥土填筑施工,大幅提升了现场施工效率,减小了水泥土填筑质量控制的难度,取得了良好的工程应用效果.
Discussion on the Gross Cement Soil Replacement and Treatment for Gate Chamber Foundation
In the process of cement soil filling construction,how to improve the construction efficiency of concrete preparation and improve the quality of cement soil filling is often the focus and difficulty of site construction control.In this regard,in order to improve the quality of soil replacement treatment for the foundation of the sluice chamber,the paper carried out key technology research based on the actual engineering,and found that the automatic preparation of cement soil by using the production line can effectively improve the preparation efficiency of cement soil.The paving thickness of gross cement soil is 30cm,the number of rolling passes is 7 times,the moisture content of soil is 15.8%~16.6%,and the compaction degree is 96%,which can achieve good filling construction effect.The engineering application shows that the application of the proposed engineering technology in cement soil filling construction greatly improves the site construction efficiency,reduces the difficulty of quality control,and achieves good engineering application effect.
