受降雨偏少等因素影响,2023年10月,小麦种植的关键时期,滨州市发生了不同程度农业旱情.文章通过分析截至2023年10月25日的雨情、水情、墒情等监测数据,探讨此次受旱情况,通过调查2023年12月31日的一、二、三产业用水需求,分析现状地表水、地下水、区域外调水、非常规水等不同水源的可供水量,在应急抗旱黄河水的前提下,阐明了 2023年度末滨州市水资源供需关系,并提出水资源调配和开发建议,从而为滨州市旱情评价、防灾减灾和水资源调度提供借鉴和参考.
Autumn Drought and Water Resource Supply and Demand Analysis in Binzhou in 2023
Under the influence of low rainfall and other factors,in October 2023,the key period of wheat planting,different degrees of agricultural drought occurred in Binzhou Municipality.By analyzing the monitoring data of rain,water and moisture as of October 25,the paper discusses the drought situation.By investigation the water demand of primary,secondary and tertiary industries until December 31,2023,investigating and analyzing the available water supply of different water sources such as surface water,groundwater,regional external water diversion and unconventional water,and clarifying the supply and demand relationship of water resources in Binzhou at the end of this year under the premise of emergency Yellow River diversion for drought resistance,and proposing measures and suggestions for water resources allocation and development.It provides reference for drought assessment,disaster prevention and reduction,as well as water resource scheduling in Binzhou Municipality.
