The oil and fat export level reflects the country's trade competitiveness and is closely linked to the grain and oil security strategy.Based on the actual situation of China's oil and fat export, this paper investigates the path selection of oil and fat export level driven by multiple factors by using the panel data of 30 provinces,mu-nicipalities,and autonomous regions in China from 2013 to 2022 through dynamic qualitative comparative analysis(dynamic QCA)from the perspective of new structural economics. The results show the followings:(1)Any of the government, the market, and society is not the necessary condition for the change of oil and fat export level.(2)The path of high-level growth of oil and fat export is"government-market-society multiple synergy",and the paths resulting in a low oil and fat export level are"social assistance","government assistance",and"government-society dual synergy".(3)The robustness results show that the high-level oil and fat export path and the low-level oil and fat export paths remain basically unchanged under the condition of controlling the influence of other po-tential factors. Therefore, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on how to promote the synergy of the govern-ment,the market, and society, identify and optimize oil and fat export strategies under different institutional config-urations,and continuously monitor and adjust oil and fat export.
