可吸收阻流膜的制备及性能研究

本研究通过静电纺丝的方法制备了左旋聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLLA)阻流膜.利用扫描电镜观察不同溶剂体系PLLA阻流膜的表面形貌;通过研究不同溶剂体系PLLA阻流膜的力学性能,并测试不同溶剂体系PLLA阻流膜的孔径大小及分布、孔隙率和静态接触角以探索可吸收阻流膜的性能.结果发现,不同溶剂体系PLLA膜的孔径均小于 20 μm,孔隙率均大于 80%,静态接触角均大于 100°;CF/AN 溶剂体系PLLA膜的纤维丝表面具有多孔结构,拉伸强度和撕裂力最小;CF/DMF 溶剂体系PLLA膜的纤维丝表面光滑,条干均匀,拉伸强度和撕裂力最大.CF/DMF 80/20 溶剂体系PLLA膜的表面形貌和力学性能最优.该阻流膜性能有望应用于心脏封堵器阻流膜部件的研究.
Preparation and properties of the absorbable flow blocking membrane
We prepared the polylactic acid(PLLA)choke film by electrospinning to explore the properties of absorbable choke films.The surface morphology of PLLA membranes in different solvent systems was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The me-chanical properties of PLLA membranes in different solvent systems were studied by universal material testing machine.The pore size and distribution,as well as porosity of PLLA membranes in different solvent systems were measured.The results showed that the pore size of PLLA membranes in different solvent systems was less than 20 μm,the porosity was more than 80%,and the static contact angle was larger than 100°.The fiber surface of CF/AN/PLLA membrane had porous structure,with the lowest tensile strength and tear force.The fiber surface of the CF/DMF/PLLA membrane was smooth and uniform,which had the maximum tensile strength and tear force.The surface morphology and mechanical properties of CF/DMF 80/20 PLLA menbrane were the best.The properties of this film are expected to be applied to the research of the flow blocking membrane components of heart occluder.
