A Theoretical Model of the Impact of Social Capital of Technological Entrepreneurs on Enterprise Performance
The social capital of technology-based entrepreneurs refers to the resource advantages obtained by individuals in their interactions with other organizations or individuals. The mechanism by which these advantages are transformed into the actual performance of the enterprise is complex and nonlinear. And this study examines the moderating effect of organizational abundance and organizational capital on this influencing process.By constructing a theoretical model,it emphasizes that technology-based entrepreneurs not only need to expand external social capital, but also need to strengthen internal organizational capital, especially emphasizing the need to simultaneously reserve organizational abundance capacity, which further regulates the relationship between social capital and organizational capital of technology-based entrepreneurs,Only when organizational abundance and organizational capital are synchronized can technology entrepreneurs more effectively transform external resources into corporate performance through internal institutional capabilities.Especially with the introduction of organizational flexibility, the control function of entrepreneurial enterprises can be strengthened, leaving room for maneuver and retreat for project failure, thereby helping entrepreneurial enterprises maintain their bottom line of survival.
