Research on the Application of Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Ability Training in Higher Vocational Colleges
The current socio-economic development has put forward higher requirements for higher vocational education,among which the integration of industry and education plays an important role in the cultivation of vocational abilities in vocational colleges.The goal and principles of industry education integration aim to promote the close integration of education and teaching with actual industrial needs,and better meet the social demand for vocational skills of vocational college graduates.However,there are some problems with the current implementation of industry education integration in vocational colleges,including a lack of practical scenarios,low enterprise participation,irrational allocation of resource,and insufficient understanding of industry development and technology by teachers.To address these issues,the article proposes relevant countermeasures,such as establishing practical training bases,increasing enterprise participation,allocating resources reasonably,and strengthening teachers'industrial knowledge and technical training.These measures aim to promote the application effect of industry education integration in vocational ability cultivation in vocational colleges.
