Study on Basic Physical Properties of Acid-stimulated Phosphogypsum Geopolymer Gelling Materials
In this paper, the acid-stimulatedphosphogypsum cementing material was prepared with original phosphogypsum, cement and metakaolin as the main raw materials and phosphoric acid or acetic acid as the activator, and its basic physical and mechanical properties were investigated. The effects of the type and dosage of acid activator on the compressive and flexure properties of the cementing material were studied. The results show that the mass ratio of phosphogypsum, metakaolin and cement is 45 ∶ 15 ∶ 40,and the amount of 1-5%phosphoric acid or acetic acid is added, the prepared cementing material has good compressive and flexural properties. The compressive strength and flexural strength of the cementing material with 4%phosphoric acid at 28 days age reached 30.97MPa and 3.64MPa.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the cementing material with 4%acetic acid at 28 days age are 19.03MPa and 4.08 MPa respectively.Under the condition of natural curing, the excitation effect of phosphogypsum gelling material excited by phosphoric acid is better than that of acetic acid.
