Construction and Implementation of"Double Qualified"Teachers Training Path in the New Era of Higher Vocational Colleges
Industrial transformation and upgrading and vocational education reform have put forward higher standards and requirements for the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges.Compared with the new requirements of national vocational education reform in the new era,at present,there are still some problems among the teachers in vocational education,such as the imperfect professional development system and training mode,the lack of two-way flow between schools and enterprises,prominent structural contradictions,and the lack of endogenous motivation for teacher growth,especially the shortage of"double-qualified"teachers with both theoretical and practical teaching abilities.This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in domestic higher vocational colleges,and puts forward new strategies and ideas for the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers under the new situation and new requirements.
