Research on the Construction of"Double-qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Preschool Education
The construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational preschool education mainly refers to the cultivation of teachers with theoretical knowledge teaching ability and practical teaching ability.However,there are still some problems in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers at this stage,such as unreasonable identification standards and structural faults of teachers.This paper expounds the meaning of"double-qualified"teachers of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges and the significance of the construction of their teaching staff,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding strategies:higher vocational colleges should reasonably plan the identification standards of"double-qualified"teachers;in-depth"campus"cooperation;reform the teacher access system;implement the assessment incentive policy.
