Research on the Willingness of College Teachers to Continue Using Blended Teaching:Based on UTAUT2 Model
In this study,combined with the characteristics of the blended teaching,a model of continuous use intention of the blended teaching based on UTAUT2 theory is constructed,and it is found through empirical analysis that in the continuous use of the blended teaching mode by teachers,expected performance and hedonistic motivation play a positive role.Effort performance,social impact,convenience do not work significantly;Effort performance plays a positive role by influencing desired performance;Innovation has a positive impact on teachers'expected performance and effort performance.Finally,corresponding suggestions are made based on empirical analysis and the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews.
