Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)has brought profound changes to the core job skills in all walks of life.The mission of higher vocational colleges is to provide qualified talents for regional economic development.In order to better adapt the talent training and the job needs of industrial enterprises,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to change the goals and methods of talent cultivation.This paper,from the background of technology and policy,as well as the new changes of the post work content,analyzes the necessity of higher vocational talent training program reform.Then,from the new ways of teaching and learning of higher vocational teachers and students,as well as the new connotation of the"three teaching"reform under the new situation,to explore the specific practice path of reshaping the core ability of professional.
