Reflection on and Construction of Compound Talents Training Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges Driven by"Double High Plan"
Driven by"Double High Plan",vocational colleges have significantly improved their ability to serve regional economic development.However,at the same time,vocational colleges also face a series of problems such as vague talent cultivation goals,uneven teaching staff literacy,poor subject connection,and lack of evaluation mechanisms.In view of this,governments,enterprises,and schools should propose more targeted solutions to contribute to the cultivation of high-level compound talents in the country.
