Research on the Cultivation of Professional Spirit of Job-oriented E-commerce Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges
Through a survey of the e-commerce professional group in the finance and commerce major of higher vocational education,it was found that enterprises have a prominent demand for professional spirit such as communication,teamwork,stress resistance,and responsibility in positions such as e-commerce operation,customer service,art,and new media marketing.However,there are currently some problems among the students in the e-commerce professional group in higher vocational education.Therefore,based on the needs of socialist economic development,as well as the comprehensive development of human beings and lifelong education,and guided by the job requirements of the e-commerce professional group in vocational colleges,the research group proposes a four party collaboration,three integrations,one archive,and four channels for cultivating students'professional spirit.
