职业教育教材开发的困境与实践路径——以新质生产力与产教深度融合双向赋能为视角

随着中国经济进入高质量发展阶段,我国各行业产业迎来数字化、智能化转型的关键期.在此背景下,我国行业产业"新质人才"需求日益增长.但职业教育教材在适应行业产业变革方面仍面临产教融合深度不足、教材开发供给侧单向驱动,缺乏长效运行机制、阻碍教材资源整合,教材内容与行业产业人才需求错位等诸多挑战.为有效应对这些挑战,需将行业产业需求作为教材创新的导向,加深产教融合,提高教材编制团队的协同效益.通过思政引领、整合岗课赛证等多样化教学资源,促进教育内容与产业需求的共生共长,有效满足新兴战略产业和未来产业发展所需的"新质人才".
The Dilemma and Practical Path of the Development of Vocational Education Textbooks:From the perspective of Two-way Empowerment of New Quality Productivity and Deep Integration of Production and Education
As China's economy enters a stage of high-quality development,industries across the country are facing a crucial period of digitalization and intelligent transformation.Against this backdrop,the demand for new quality talents in various industries in China is increasing.However,vocational education textbooks face many challenges in adapting to the changes in industry and industrialization,including insufficient depth of integration between industry and education,one-sided drive in textbook development from the supply side,lack of long-term operational mechanisms hindering the integration of textbook resources,and a mismatch between textbook content and the needs of industry professionals.To effectively address these challenges,it is necessary to use industry demand as the guiding principle for textbook innovation,deepen the integration of industry and education,and enhance the synergistic benefits of textbook development teams.By utilizing diverse teaching resources such as ideological and political guidance,integrating theoretical knowledge with practical courses,and incorporating competition and certification elements,we can promote the symbiosis and mutual growth of educational content and industry demand,and effectively cultivate new quality talents to meet the needs of emerging strategic industries and future industrial development.
