The objectives of civil code education in colleges and universities should be:understand and master President Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law;Identify and practice the core values of socialism;Understand and promote socialist morality;Cultivate and enhance the quality of rule of law.Through the questionnaire survey,the cognition status of college students on civil code was studied from three dimensions:cognition of Civil Code,advocating of civil code and usage of Civil Code.On the basis of clear education objectives and learning situation,the effective ways to construct civil code education are as follows:uphold the educational principle of"unity of politics,value and rule of law";Pay attention to the educational content of"one focus"and"three interpretations";Give full play to the leading role of school education.
