Under the aging background,community pension as an important new pension model urgently needs to construct an objective,feasible,scientific and effective evaluation index system.Aiming at the characteristics of community pension service,following a new thought of"original selection-optimization-empowerment",an evaluation index system based on existing research results is constructed,which includes 5 first-level indicators,including community environment,facility and equipment level,community service level,intelligence level and elderly satisfaction level,and 20 second-level indicators.And it is empowered by analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that the constructed evaluation index system could reflect the level of community old-age service and provide some reference for the improvement of community old-age service level in our country.
