学习成果认证视角下职业教育融入终身学习教育体系的路径研究

摘要
构建服务终身学习的现代教育体系,是保障民生的应有之义.为推动职业教育与终身教育深度融合,充分发挥职业教育的职后教育功能,弄清职业教育融入终身教育体系的现状、问题及原因,服务学习者个性化和精准化需求,破解职业教育向终身教育体系融入等难题,围绕促进不同类型、不同阶段的学习成果互认,立足学分银行理论,以现代信息技术为技术支撑,建立职业教育与终身教育体系之间的连接机制,构建中高本纵向贯通、学历教育与非学历教育横向融通的学习成果认证路径,服务全民终身学习教育体系构建和学习型社会建设.
Abstract
Building a modern education system that serves lifelong learning has become an essential part of safeguarding people's livelihood.In order to promote the deep integration of vocational education and lifelong edu-cation,it is required to fully leverage the post-vocational education function of vocational education,clarify the current situation,problems,and reasons for the integration of vocational education into the lifelong education sys-tem,serve the personalized and precise needs of learners,and solve the difficulties of integrating vocational educa-tion into the lifelong education system,focusing on promoting mutual recognition of learning outcomes of different types and stages,based on the theory of credit banks,and supported by modern information technology,to estab-lish a connection mechanism between vocational education and lifelong education systems,construct a learning out-come certification path that vertically connects middle and high schools,and horizontally integrates academic and nonacademic education,and serve the construction of a lifelong learning education system and a learning society for all.
