摘要
大学生创业既是一种市场行为,也是一种法律行为,完善的法律制度体系是提高大学生竞争力和创业成功率的重要保障.针对目前大学生法律保障制度存在立法位阶不高、政策配套不足、社会服务平台缺失、学校创业法律教育缺位等情况,提出完善大学生创业法律法规建设、加大创业政策扶持力度、发挥法律援助社会平台作用、改革高校创新创业法律教育模式的思考,以期为大学生创业环境提供良好社会支持和保障,助力社会创新体系建设.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship of college students is not only a kind of market behavior,but also a kind of legal behavior.Perfect legal system is an important guarantee to improve the competitiveness of college students and the success rate of entrepreneurship.In view of the current situation of college students'legal protection system,such as low legislative rank,insufficient policy support,lack of social service platform,and lack of entrepreneurship law education in schools,this paper proposes to improve the construction of college students'entrepreneurship laws and regulations,strengthen the support of entrepreneurship policy,give full play to the role of legal aid social platform,and reform the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship law education in colleges and universities,so as to provide good social support and guarantee for the entrepreneurial environment of college students,and help the construction of social innovation system.
