The Marrakesh Treaty entered into force in China on May 5th,2022,and it is urgent for public li-braries to implement it.The article outlines the development,core content and implementation strategies of the Mar-rakesh Treaty,explains the role positioning of China's public libraries in implementing the Marrakesh Treaty,and explores the specific paths for public libraries in China to protect the cultural rights and interests of reading disabled groups.
