Practice and Optimization Strategy of Intellectual Property Literacy Education in University Libraries under the Background of Digital Copyright——A Case Study of Member Universities of C9 Alliance
The paper takes the member university libraries of C9 Alliance as the research object and makes a comprehensive analysis of the practical progress and main contradictions of intellectual property literacy education of university libraries under the background of digital copyright.The results show that the sample library has made great progress in the analysis of user needs and education carrier construction,but there are still problems such as single education subject,rough education content and rigid education mode.Based on this,the paper suggests that the uni-versity library should establish a"great service"pattern of intellectual property literacy education in collaboration with institutions inside and outside the university,design intellectual property literacy education contents that meet the real needs of users by classification,and build an integrated online and offline intellectual property literacy education model,so as to improve the total factor productivity of intellectual property literacy education.
