The paper reviews the reading evaluation systems at home and abroad,and introduces the con-tent,characteristics and data quantification of the evaluation indicators from the practice of Dongguan's scholarly town.Then,the paper analyzes the problems found in the evaluation,summarizes the current problems of uneven de-velopment between towns,and puts forward suggestions.
