The article focuses on gazing at the cultural and tourism resources of Henan Province from the per-spective of tourists,and analyzes the advantages of libraries in the deep integration between culture and tourism under the perspective of tourist gaze.Then,the article puts forward the innovative paths of deep integration between public libraries and Henan culture and tourism,i.e.promoting the deep integration and development from space overlap,service function and development innovation to explore the new paths for libraries to present social value and functions and support the high-quality and innovative development of culture and tourism.
