Study on the Working Mechanism Optimization of the Third-Party Evaluation of Public Cultural Services
The paper introduces the concept of"Third-Party Evaluation of Public Cultural Services"from the changes in the social environment and social needs of public cultural services,and then summarizes the progress of domestic practice.Based on the combination of field research and literature research,the paper sorts out the situa-tion of third-party evaluation in the field of public cultural services in China,and selects two excellent cases as the object of study,namely,Hefei Baohu District Culture and Art Center and Guangzhou Library,in which third-party evaluation has achieved good results to introduce the third-party evaluation practice process of different types of cul-tural venues.Finally,on the basis of the questions raised,the characteristics of the third-party evaluation case work of public cultural services in China are concluded.Then,the optimization strategies of the third-party evaluation work mechanism of public cultural services are summarized.
