Research on the Transformation and Development of Urban New Reading Space From the Perspective of Collaborative Governance Theory
The exploration and practice of urban new reading space adapts to culture-tourism integration,nationwide reading,improving the public cultural service system and library+.The article analyses the current situa-tion and problems,and provides suggestions to urban new reading space in achieving transformation and development in the context of culture-tourism integration from four aspects:instruction,management,operation and service.The article suggests that urban new reading space create construction mode and lead into multi collaborative governance subjects,establish supervision and management system as well as reward and punishment mechanism by multi collab-orative governance means,set consistent collaborative governance goals,with multiple entities strengthening coopera-tion and leveraging resource advantages;construct collaborative governance mechanism and expand culture-tourism integration service by cooperating with space,cultural connotations and promotion.
