摘要
本文从"我者—他者"的角度研究图书馆和公众对图书馆的媒介形象的建构,使用内容分析法、文本分析法,考虑网络传播的特点,抽取具有代表性的样本,基于LDA模型文本挖掘生成的数据,结合实际情况进行文本分析.研究发现,图书馆的"自建"形象和"他建"形象存在错位,公众讨论文本负面情感比重高.进一步结合网络传播特点和实际情况,发现图书馆的媒介形象建构,具有建构水平低、交互性弱、形象塑造不全面的问题,需要多措并举优化媒介形象建构.本文使用LDA文本挖掘方法,完成了对读者评论、讨论的文本分析工作,为今后的图书馆服务研究、读者满意度调查等,提供了一种新的分析思路.
Abstract
The article studies the media image construction by libraries and the public from the perspective of"self-organized and others-organized".Using content analysis and text analysis methods and taking into account the characteristics of online communication,the article extracted representative samples and carried out text analysis in combining with the actual situations based on the data generated by LDA model text mining.Research has found that there is a mismatch between the library images of"self-organized"construction and"others-organized"construc-tion,with a high proportion of negative emotions in public discussion texts.Further combining the characteristics of online communication and actual situation,the article finds out that the media image construction of libraries has problems such as low construction level,weak interactivity and incomplete image shaping.Multiple measures are nee-ded to optimize the construction of media image.The article uses LDA text mining method to complete the text analy-sis of reader comments and discussions,providing a new analytical approach for future research on library services and reader satisfaction surveys.
