数智环境下,公民的数智素养亟需提升.从知识、技能、态度、伦理与价值观构建了数智环境下数智素养的内容,分析了全民数智素养教育的紧迫性.提出公共图书馆承担全民数智素养教育的职责、实施路径,以期帮助人们消除数智鸿沟,融入数智环境,获得更好的发展.
Abstract
In the digital intelligence environment,the digital intelligence literacy of citizens urgently needs to be improved.The paper constructed the content of digital intelligence literacy in the digital environment from knowl-edge,skills,attitudes,ethics and values,and analyzed the urgency of universal digital intelligence literacy educa-tion.The paper proposes the responsibility and implementation path of public libraries to undertake the education of digital intelligence literacy for the whole population,in order to help people eliminate the digital divide,integrate into the digital environment and achieve better development.
