从利益平衡角度分析高校图书馆数字资源版权保护的困境和出路

高校图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心,存储着大量的数字资源,本着"读者利益优先"的服务原则,为满足在校师生日益增长的信息需求不断加强数字资源建设,不可避免地会面临版权利益冲突,从而陷入版权保护困境.从利益平衡的角度出发,分析了高校图书馆数字资源建设和服务过程中面临的版权风险、版权保护困境,并提出改善措施.
Abstract
University library as the school literature information center store and spread a lot of digital resources,in line with the service principle of"reader interests first",to meet the growing demand of teachers and students continue to strengthen the construction of digital resources,inevitably face copyright conflicts of interest,thus copyright protection.From the perspective of interest balance,this paper analyzes the copyright risk and copy-right protection dilemma in the process of digital resource construction and service of university libraries,and puts for-ward improvement measures.
