摘要

图书馆在高等教育中始终扮演着不可或缺的角色,依托图书馆建设未来学习中心是教育变革驱动下高校探索人才培养的重要举措,本文基于"以学生为中心"的教育理念来解析育人新范式的主要特征,并结合山东大学图书馆未来学习中心落地实践案例,探讨从多部门联动合作共建、依托现有馆舍再造多功能学习空间、聚合全校知识资源打造四级研学平台、技术赋能推动服务转型以及强化馆员队伍复合型人才培养等多方面,鼓励并支持学生自主式、协作式、探究式和主题式的学习需求,为助力新时代创新人才培育机制提供借鉴参考.

Abstract

Libraries have always played an indispensable role in higher education.Relying on libraries to build future learning centers is an important measure for universities to explore talent training driven by education reform.Based on the"student-centered"education concept,the paper analyzes the main features of the new para-digm of educating people,and combines the practical case of future learning centers in Shandong University Library.To encourage and support students'independent,collaborative,inquisitive and thematic learning needs,we will explore the aspects of multi-department collaboration,rebuilding multi-functional learning space based on the exist-ing library buildings,aggregating knowledge resources of the whole school to build a four-level research platform,promoting service transformation through technology empowerment,and strengthening the cultivation of interdiscipli-nary talents of librarians,providing reference for helping the innovative talent cultivation mechanism in the new era.
