With the development of information technology,establishing red resource database and promoting the open sharing of red resource information is an important way for libraries to promote the scientific protection and utilization of red resources.Based on the system engineering advantages of Hall 3D structure model and the practical elements of red resource database construction,the paper constructs a 3D structure model of red resource database construction from three dimensions:logic dimension,time dimension and knowledge dimension,and deeply analyzes the implementation points of each dimension.The feasibility and applicability of the model in practice are explained by using two-dimensional activity matrix.
