公共图书馆适老化服务建设是积极应对老龄化社会的重要举措.在"技术—社会"互构论视角下,生成式人工智能会在信息服务维度、知识积累维度、情感计算维度赋能公共图书馆适老化服务建设.然而,生成式人工智能在公共图书馆适老化服务领域的运用会带来社会公正风险、数据治理风险、服务整合风险,具体表现为数据失衡、偏见放大、隐私泄漏、信息滥用、系统失容和操作繁杂.为应对上述风险,要构设公平包容的技术框架、构建安全透明的治理机制、建立动态更新的服务体系.
Abstract
The construction of aging friendly services in public libraries is an important measure to actively respond to an aging society.From the perspective of"technology society"mutual construction theory,generative arti-ficial intelligence will empower the construction of aging friendly services in public libraries in the dimensions of infor-mation services,knowledge accumulation and emotional computing.However,the application of generative artificial intelligence in the field of aging friendly services in public libraries will bring social justice risks,data governance risks and service integration risks,specifically manifested as data imbalance,bias amplification,privacy leakage,information abuse,system loss and complex operations.To address the above risks,it is necessary to establish a fair and inclusive technological framework,build a secure and transparent governance mechanism and establish a dynami-cally updated service system.
