Experience and Enlightenment of the Russian Association of Regional Library Unions in Building and Sharing Information Resources
Through reviewing the development history,organization management and resource co-construc-tion and sharing of the Russian Association of Regional Library Unions,the paper summarizes its characteristics in terms of organization management and resource co-construction and sharing.On this basis,it is suggested that the establishment of the national,cross-system and cross-regional cooperation platform should attract a variety of institu-tions to participate and implement the hierarchical participation system;standardize the management system,establish a three-point management system of decision-making,implementation and supervision,and give full play to the leading role of the existing alliance;establish a sustainable resource co-construction and sharing model as well as service mechanism to ensure the development and technical support of resource co-construction and sharing projects.
