水冷梁包扎用防爆快干自流浇注料的研制

摘要
山耐王铝根据某轧钢厂要求,开发了一种以高铝矾土熟料为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,基质引入优质氧化铝微粉、硅微粉制备的水冷梁用自流快干防爆浇注料.分析了不同粒度级配,不同品号及加入量的硅微粉、水泥、氧化铝微粉对该浇注料的流动性、抗折耐压强度、烧后线变化等方面的影响.根据试验结果和客户需求,山耐王铝从加水量、流动性、强度、防爆性能、凝固时间和烧后线变化等因素综合考量,优选出ZKF-6号浇注料配方,生产的轧钢加热炉水冷管用浇注料已在某轧钢厂投入使用,完全能够满足生产要求.
Abstract
According to the requirements of a steel rolling mill,Shannai Wanglv developed a kind of self-flow fast-drying explosion-proof castable for water-cooled beams,which is prepared by taking high alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material,calcium aluminate cement as the binding agent,and the substrate is introduced with high-quality alumina micropowder and silica micropowder.The effects of different particle size gradation,different grades and amount of silica micropowder,cement and alumina micropowder on the fluidity,flexural compressive strength and post-firing line change of this castable were analyzed.According to the test results and customers'demands,Shannai Wanglv preferred ZKF-6 castable formula from the comprehensive consideration of water addition,fluidity,strength,anti-explosion performance,solidification time and post-burning line change,and the castable for water-cooled pipe of steel rolling furnace has been put into use in a rolling mill,which fully meets the production requirements.
