摘要
介绍了山钢日照烧结混合机的粘料现状,从原料物性、熔剂影响及外部条件等方面系统性分析烧结圆筒粘料及"落大块"的原因.结合烧结工艺特点有针对性地进行设备改造和工艺优化,通过应用陶瓷衬板、创新改进加水系统与更换水梁屋脊材质等控制措施,有效抑制了圆筒内壁及水梁屋脊粘料,根除了因"落大块"导致的停机事故.
Abstract
This study elaborates on the current situation of bonding in the drum mixer of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd.and systematically analyzed the reasons for the malignant binder of the drum mixer from the aspects of raw material properties,flux quality,and equipment conditions.At the same time,targeted equipment transformation and production process adjustment based on the current production mode.In the end,this study pointed out that control measures such as applying ceramic lining plates,optimizing water adding devices,and replacing the material of the water beam ridge effectively suppressed the sticking of materials on the inner wall of the cylinder and the water beam ridge,and eliminated the shutdown accidents caused by"large blocks falling".
