摘要
以齿轮用45钢Φ210 mm连铸圆坯为研究对象,通过对比复合电磁搅拌(M+F-EMS)与单独使用结晶器电磁搅拌(M-EMS)对连铸圆坯碳偏析效果的影响,确定复合电磁搅拌参数对连铸圆坯碳偏指数的影响.结果表明:使用复合电磁搅拌比单独使用结晶器电磁搅拌的碳偏指数波动小.最佳复合电磁搅拌参数为M-EMS 2 Hz/200A;F-EMS 8 Hz/250 A.
Abstract
In this paper,a 45 steel continuous casting round billet with a diameter of 210 mm is used as the research object.By comparing the effects of compound electromagnetic stirring(M+F-EMS)and using mould electromagnetic stirring(M-EMS)alone on carbon segregation in continuous casting round billets,the influence of M+F-EMS parameters on the carbon segregation index of continuous casting round billets is determined.The results show that the carbon bias index fluctuation is smaller when using M+F-EMS than when using M-EMS alone.The optimal M+F-EMS parameters are M-EMS:2 Hz/200 A.F-EMS:8 Hz/250 A.
