Determination Main Components in Kiln Slag with Graphite Electrode Powder Bedding Mixed Solvent Flux
This method attempts to wrap the sample with filter paper, place it in a corundum crucible pre-paved with graphite electrode powder, and melt it in a high-temperature furnace at 900 ℃ to 950 ℃ for 10 to 20 minutes until the melt is transparent and leached in hydrochloric acid.A small amount of graphite powder is filtered out,the filtrate is heated to evaporate to dryness.Adding animal glue to concentrated hydrochloric acid to coagulate and precipitate silicic acid. After filtering, washing, burning, and weighing, the mass fraction of SiO2 is calculated. The obtained filtrate was separated by precipitation with ammonia water, and the filtrate was titrated with EDTA standard solution to calculate the mass fraction of CaO and MgO.The hydroxide precipitate is dissolved in hydrochloric acid, and then precipitated in sodium hydroxide solution to separate Al.The filtrate is divided into fluorinated salt instead of EDTA,titrated with copper standard solution, and the mass fraction of Al2O3 is calculated.
