Research on the Advancement of Steel Process Flow under the Background of"Double Carbon"
The development situation and environment of the steel industry under the background of"dual carbon"is studied,and the low-carbon development path of the steel industry is analyzed.The evaluation system and method of iron and steel production process are put forward,and the advanced nature is evaluated from the indexes of green,low carbon,intelligence,energy consumption and management in the process of iron and steel production.Suggestions on the development of progressiveness of steel process flow under the background of"double carbon"are put forward from the aspects of green low-carbon,hydrogen metallurgy,intelligent manufacturing,energy saving and consumption reduction.
