This paper introduces the outstanding problems of equipment corrosion,naphthalene high content of concentrated ammonia,unstable control of ammonia steaming wastewater,and adopts the process transformation optimization scheme.In the operation practice,the operation of the ammonia steaming tower is stabilized,the S2-,CN-,naphthalene and other impurities in the concentrated ammonia water were removed.The control range of process parameters was optimized.The quality of the concentrated ammonia water was improved and the corrosion of the field equipment of the ammonia steaming system was reduced.
