烧结燃料粒度的优化实验研究

为研究燃料粒度对烧结指标的影响,通过烧结杯实验研究不同粒度燃料对烧结过程及烧结矿质量的影响.结果表明:燃料粒度越小,燃烧速度越快;降低燃料中<1 mm占比,增大1~3 mm燃料粒度占比,能够有利于烧结液相的生成,改善烧结矿质量.在当前生产条件下最适宜的燃料粒度组成为:<1 mm比例35%,1~3 mm比例50%,>3 mm比例15%.
Optimization Experiment Study on Particle Size of Fuels on Sintering
In order to research the influence of fuel on sintering indexes,the influence of different size of fuel on sintering process and quality of sinter was studied by sintering cup experiment.The results show that the smaller the fuel size is,the faster the combustion rate is.Reducing the proportion of less than 1 mm in fuel and increasing the particle size of 1-3 mm fuel can be beneficial to the generation of sintered liquid phase and improve the quality of sinter.Under the current production conditions,the optimum fuel size composition is 35%less than 1 mm,50%of 1 to 3 mm,and 15%larger than 3 mm.
