The Practice of Improvement the Stability of Sinter for 480 m2 Sintering System
This paper mainly introduces the practice of improving the stability rate of sinter basicity with 480 m2 sintering system.By analyzing the controllable factors of the process,a series of improvements have been made on fuel moisture,fuel particle size,mixed moisture,four-roll crushing quality and cutting fluctuation.Through test analysis,the optimal control level of key factors was detected,the control interval was optimized,and the sinter basicity Sigma level was raised to 1.62.
